* Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so we can better serve you
* Please be advised that management reserves the right to cancel or adjust the appointed time if guest is more than 10 minutes late
* A credit card number, deposit or gift card number is required to book our massages and facials.
* 24 hours cancellation is required. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours. 50% of the service fees will be charged.
Should we cancel your appointments due to emergency, we well provide the services to you at a later time for 50% less.
